Love it or exchange it. It's that simple.


EXCHANGES
You may exchange any unused product within 14 days of purchase.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your product and let us know if you are requesting an exchange. Please include your order number, the item you are exchanging, and the item you would like in return.
2. Send the unopened and unused product to PO Box 1324 Newland, NC 28657.

REFUNDS
If you do not wish to exchange your product you may request a refund on any unused product within 14 days of purchase.

REFUND INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your product and let us know that you are requesting a refund.
2. Send the unopened and unused product to PO Box 1324 Newland, NC 28657.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days (usually much quicker.)

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
1. If you haven’t received your refund in a timely manner, first double-check your bank account.
2. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@forage-usa.com

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at the original purchase price.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
