Our wholesale discount is 50% of MSRP. Forage reserves the right to change prices and product availability at it's discretion.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE POLICY (MAP)
The MAP policy serves to protect our reseller family from unfair competition and applies to all Forage products. Our minimum advertised price for Forage products is 85% of the Suggested Retail Price (SRP), which is a 15% discount off of SRP. Resellers may offer products on promotion at a lower advertised discount only with written permission from Forage. The MAP policy may be adjusted by Forage at its sole discretion.
The MAP policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual customer within the reseller’s retail location or over the phone. Forage resellers are free to sell products at any price they choose, but they may not publicly advertise (social media, web site, print ads etc.) prices lower than the MAP price.

ORDER MINIMUMS AND MAXIMUMS
Our initial wholesale order minimum is $300. Reorders are $175. Please feel free to mix and match products as you like. We have no minimums per product or per scent.
BRICK AND MORTAR ONLY
We only allow resale of our products in physical, brick and mortar shops and stores. We don't currently accept wholesale orders for online shops or marketplaces. If you have an online retail store that you think would be a unique fit for Forage products, feel free to contact us to discuss it further.
None of our products may be resold online by third parties, through online auction sites, or at craft shows/festivals, artisan markets, trade-shows, or pop-up markets.
Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited. Products can only be sold at the physical location provided to Forage at the time of order, and products must be sold under and by the company whose TAX ID number is on file without prior consent.
Forage products can not be sold at consignment shops, second hand stores, or stores that contain previously owned products (without prior approval). We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of Forage.
To align with our branding, all lotion candles come boxed with package inserts containing information about our company and a discount link for reordering on our website.
Most brick and mortar customers will continue to purchase items directly from you as a matter of convenience. However they may refer friends and family members who do not live in close proximity to your store to our website.
These secondary referrals help fund the cost of our wholesale program. Due to the high cost of our ingredients and the extensive labor involved in wild-crafting botanicals and distilling scents, our wholesale program would not be available without these secondary referrals. It will be considered a violation of our wholesale policies to remove these information cards.
We require payment before shipment of product. After we receive and accept your purchase order, we will send you an invoice that can be paid securely online. We do not accept payment by phone.
Processing times may vary according to order size. We generally respond within 48 hours of receiving your purchase order and orders are usually shipped within 10 days of receiving payment. We apologize if it takes longer and will try to let you know if there are any anticipated inventory shortages or delays.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We ship via the lowest cost quoted to us (usually UPS Ground or FedEx Ground) and include the cost on your invoice. You will have the opportunity to view your shipping cost before submitting payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
To cancel an order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom orders (custom scents, labels, etc.) may not be cancelled once payment has been received. We do not accept returns on wholesale purchases. However, we are more than happy to replace broken or damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of broken or damaged merchandise (for insurance claims).

We currently do not accept international wholesale orders, but hope to in the future.
